Naveen Kumar S
Naveen Kumar S is the Founder of the company and a seasoned defence technology professional with over two decades of experience in Electronic Warfare, Radar, Anti-Drone Systems, Photonics, Embedded Systems and FPGA engineering. He holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communication, an MBA in International Business, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights.
Worked for 17 years in at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), contributing towards R&D, System Engineering and Program Management of Electronic Warfare Systems. He later served at Astra Microwave Products Ltd as General Manager – R&D expanding his expertise for building radar subsystem. His most recent role was as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in a private defence organisation, where he drove product innovation, R&D strategy and technology roadmaps.
With a strong foundation in system architecture, advanced design engineering and programme execution, he has played a key role in shaping complex defence technologies. Naveen also brings extensive experience in customer engagement, technology partnerships and collaboration with DRDO, DPSUs and private industry. His leadership style blends technical depth with strategic clarity, enabling organisations to innovate with confidence. He is passionate about building capable engineering teams, mentoring young talent and fostering a culture of excellence in defence R&D. Naveen’s unique combination of technical expertise and business insight positions him to add value to startups and enterprises entering the defence sector. He is committed to supporting India’s self-reliance in defence technology through innovation, capability development and high-quality engineering services.
